Personal Path To Pregnancy
Posted by admin on February 7th, 2009Deciding to review ‘Personal Path To Pregnancy‘ caused me a great deal of worry, don’t tell anyone but I’m a man! That said, however, I undertook the task like I would any research project – looking at and checking the available information. Sorry ladies but no personal trial here.
I found ‘Personal Path To Pregnancy’ to be a well written ebook which explained in easy to understand language the key elements that will greatly increase a woman’s probability of becoming pregnant. As I’ve mentioned in other reviews I’m into the holistic approach and ‘Personal Path To Pregnancy’ is a complete guide to getting pregnant naturally and without unnecessary invasive therapies.
Beth Riley is the author of the book and in it she will help you understand:
- Eexactly when you ovulate (at that time your odds of conception are the greatest)
- Nutritional therapies for fertility issues
- What to do to increase sperm count and mobility
- Alternative treatments that help you conceive faster
- Advice on which vitamins enable your body to become ready for pregnancy
- A beverage that helps the embryo implant in the uterus
- What to do if you have irregular periods
- And much more besides.
In total ‘Personal Path To Pregnancy‘ has 62 pages and it should not take more than an hour to read it, though I imagine you will want to re-read it again several times. The book is well organized thus helping you to find your way around pretty easily. Information is presented in a logical manner, is easy to understand and apply.
To check out customer service I wrote to Beth and just called myself Margaret, as is my custom I asked a few questions and received a detailed reply back within 48 hours, which was I through pretty good.. I then contacted her as a man and raised the exact same questions, the answers were the same only worded so that it might make more sense to a man. Full marks here.
Chapter 1 starts with Beth’s story and some general causes of infertility. Detailed conception advice on when to have intercourse, how to have intercourse and what not to do during and after intercourse is covered in great detail in chapter 2.
Chapter 3 covers information like how to detect ovulation and maintain healthy ovulations to support pregnancy. Chapter 4 is all about what to eat, what to do, what not to do, how to relax in order to increase your chances of getting pregnant. I personally think chapter 5 could have been merged into chapter 4 but it seems like it is one full chapter on the different types of medical tests you may have to go through to test for your infertility problems and how to deal with negative results.
Of course there is the possibility that you might not get pregnant and you might want to opt for a doctor’s help to artificially help you. Even though the book is holistic in approach I was delighted to see that this topic is covered in chapter 6 and it includes advice on how to choose the right doctor and treatment that is right for you.
The last chapter is very very short. It says something like there isn’t one way of getting pregnant and you should test the methods covered in Personal Path To Pregnancy to see which ones will work for you.
Conclusion
If there is one thing I don’t like about the ebook it is having to sign in. Personally I dislike having to give information upfront.
With the caveat that I’m a man I believe that the book is a very good guide to becoming pregnant. It is well organized and while bonuses with ebooks tend not to be that great in this particular case I thought them very good
