Watch A Baby And Learn How To Sing

Posted by admin on June 29th, 2009

Watch a new born baby and see how it breaths; it uses its diaphragm. Unfortunately as we grown up we forget how nature taught us to breath and start to take the lazy way out i.e. breathing though our chest.

By inhaling and fully filling your diaphragm and slowly exhaling as you breath out you will get a fuller and rounder tone as opposed to the harsh often broken tones that comes from singing from your throat, which is the way most people sing.

Watch any great singer and you’ll notice the control they have over their breathing, and that is probably the most important aspect of learning to sing correctly – learning how to control your breathing. It often amazes me how many professional singers get away with poor breathing techniques, or how many pretty decent amateur singers have no concept of how to breath correctly. The correct way to breath (and not just while you are singing) is through your diaphragm, its home is just below the rib cage
